HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - One driver suffered non-life threatening injuries following a 3-vehicle accident in Hampton Thursday afternoon.

According to Sgt. Jason Price with the Hampton Police Department, a Volkswagen sedan was traveling south on Magruder Boulevard when it collided with a Chevy Avalance that was turning from Magruder Boulevard on to Enterprise Parkway.

Price says the Volkswagen overturned and hit a Mercury Sabre that was stopped on Enterprise Parkway. The driver of the Volkswagen was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Price says no charges have been filed at this time.
