NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Every March, future doctors at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk find out where the next chapter of their lives will begin.
It's called Match Day - the day senior medical students learn where they will complete their training after medical school.
This year, the big event was held on March 15 at CHKD in Norfolk. At promptly 1 p.m., the students tore open the envelopes to learn their matches.
