CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - An electrical worker in Chesapeake was shocked when a crane fell into a power substation in the South Norfolk section of the city on Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators said two men were working along Priority Lane when the boom hit the live power line. The men jumped, and one of the men was shocked.
The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, and is expected to be okay.
