NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk's Commissioner of the Revenue's Office held a Christmas concert to celebrate ForKids, the region's leading provider of services to homeless children and their families.

In the past two years, the Commissioner of Revenue's Office has donated more than $3,000 in cash and more than 2,000 toys to the organization.
