BERTIE COUNTY, NC/DELTAVILLE, VA (WAVY) - A furious storm system that kicked up tornadoes, flash floods and hail as big as softballs has claimed 10 lives in Bertie County, North Carolina and three lives in Gloucester, Virginia. Saturday, April 16, 2011.
