CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - A Chesapeake police officer was involved in a crash while responding to a scene Thursday afternoon.

Kelly O’Sullivan with the Chesapeake Police Department told WAVY.com the crash occurred just before 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Battlefield Boulevard and Kempsville Road.
