Camper fire reported in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Officials say heavy fire was coming from a camper parked by the 168 bypass between Kempsville Road and Battlefield Boulevard.

According to Scott Saunders with the Chesapeake Fire Department, the call came in shortly after 5 p.m. and the fire was out at 5:27 p.m.

Saunders says the cause is still unknown and no injuries were reported.
