Accident causes 10-mile backup

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - A tractor-trailer accident caused a 10-mile backup on Interstate 64 late Wednesday afternoon.
Virginia State Police say they had trouble clearing the accident at exit 299 in Chesapeake due to weather conditions, but troopers report it was cleared at 7 p.m.
