PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - An Isuzu Rodeo SUV drove into a building on Western Branch Boulevard in Portsmouth Wednesday afternoon.
The SUV drove through the front store window of Portsmouth Hardware, which is about a block away from Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center.
The driver said he was pulling into the parking lot and his foot was on the brake as he began to park. He said he instead of braking, the car accelerated and he drove into the store front.
