VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton Roads bikers got together Sunday in Virginia Beach to help our wounded warriors.
The bikers rode in the poker run from Clutch Bar and Grill to Knuckleheads Roadhouse. Navy SEAL Jason Redman started the non-profit group called Wounded Wear. The group provides modified clothing for wounded troops.
"I've walked in those shoes, I laid in that hospital bed," Redman said. "We know what it is to go through that and we want to find a way to recognize other guys and help them out to make their quality of life for them and their family better."
