VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The final PHOTOsafe camera system is now live at the intersection of Baxter Road and Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach.
This city now has all 20 approved enforcement cameras across the city activated.
The program's 30 day warning period at the newest intersection begins at midnight on December 8. Police will issue fines starting January 7.
All evidence reviewed by police officers is available for viewing by the vehicle's owner at www.photonotice.com or in person at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, Building 11. The process for viewing video information is provided with the mailed violations.
