VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A website that offers ratings and profiles of licensed lawyers and doctors in the U.S. has rated Virginia Beach the 19th most dangerous Spring Break city.
Avvo says it compiled the list by evaluating the following factors in 25 U.S. Spring Break destinations: violent crime risk/rank, murder risk/rank, rape risk/rank, fatal car crashes and Avvo's own data, including doctors and lawyers per capita, doctor rank and criminal defense questions.
In Avvo's rankings, Orlando was the most dangerous Spring Break destination, followed by Daytona Beach, Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, and West Palm Beach.

"Spring break is a time for fun but you have to be careful," said Mark Britton, founder and CEO of Avvo.
Avvo says it offers free ratings and profiles for 90 percent of practicing lawyers and 90 percent of licensed MDs in the U.S. According to the company, the information includes the editorial Avvo Rating, patient and client reviews and peer endorsements as well as experience, background information, industry achievements and disciplinary records.
