NORFOLK, Va. - The Department of Public Works has added a 5th debris and bulk waste drop-off site to further assist residents in cleaning up from the November Nor'easter.

1. Yard waste - Place leaves and grass clippings in clear bags, and bundle and tie tree limbs not larger than 4 feet long and not wider than 6 inches in diameter. For tree limbs larger than this, the homeowner must make arrangements with a private hauler or the City by calling Waste Management at 441-5813.
2. Construction debris - For residential do-it-yourself jobs only. Contractors are responsible for removal of construction materials and debris and taking it to a non-city site.
3. Food waste - Bag all food waste and place in the 90-gallon trash cart.
