Holiday lights make Norfolk glow

The Norfolk skyline is now aglow. The 25th annual Grand Illumination Parade ushered in the holiday season in Hampton Roads Saturday.

This year's parade was highlighted by Grand Marshal Captain Richard Phillips.

Thousands, upon thousands of people packed Waterside Drive to get a glimpse of all the bands, floats and of course ole' Saint Nick.

Families we spoke with say they attend the parade year after year as part of their holiday tradition.
