HERTFORD COUNTY, NC - Authorities in Hertford County, North Carolina are investigating an apparent double-murder suicide.
Sheriff Juan E. Vaughan, Sr. says a suspect shot three people and then himself Sunday. Two victims and the suspect are dead. The other victim is listed in critical condition, Vaughan told WAVY.com.
According to Sheriff Vaughan the gunman's name is Samuel
