Light rail referendum touch screen issues

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - 10 On Your Side is investigating complaints that some electronic voting machines in Virginia Beach are not working properly on the light rail referendum screen.

Virginia Beach voter Robert Denis sent WAVY.com video he recorded when he went to the polls Tuesday morning. It shows Denis attempting to select both the YES and NO options and in both cases he claims the touch screen did not work properly.

Several voters reported having the same problem in Virginia Beach.
