Tim Kaine rallies in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Former Governor and US Senate candidate Tim Kaine (D) rallied throughout Virginia Monday, the day before election day.

Kaine held a rally at Norfolk Botanical Garden Monday morning along with Senators Mark Webb and Mark Warner.

Vice President Joe Biden was scheduled to join the three men Monday at the Heritage Museum in Sterling.
