SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a Suffolk woman woke up to a bullet hole through her living room window Wednesday.
According to Diana Klink with the City of Suffolk, a woman who lives on Kilby Avenue called police when she noticed the bullet hole Wednesday morning.
The woman told police she had been awoken by a "crashing" sound earlier that morning but disregarded it and went back to sleep.
Klink said when the woman called police, officers found several other bullet holes on the outside of her home.
There were not witnesses and the investigation is ongoing.
