VB prostitution bust nets four arrests

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Four men were arrested after undercover detectives conducted a prostitution sting along Virginia Beach Boulevard Nov. 15.
According to Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department, detectives received complaints of prostitution in the city and conducted the operation in the 900 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard with undercover female detectives.
As a result, the following men were arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution:
- Joshua David James, 30
- Dexter L. Howard, 44
- Calvin Alonzo Franklin, 48
- Jerry Brothers Jackson, 62
All are from Virginia Beach.
