FRANKLIN, Va. (WAVY) - A fugitive wanted in connection to a violent home invasion in Virginia Beach was captured in Franklin Tuesday.
Lt. Timothy Whitt with the Franklin Police Department said Deron Anthony Snow, 28, of Norfolk was taken into custody without incident around 8 a.m. in the 900 block of Pretlow Street.
Snow was wanted in connection to a November robbery in Virginia Beach where a man was shot and his mother had to jump out of a window to escape the incident.
According to Whitt, Virginia Beach Police tracked Snow to a housing complex in Franklin and notified Franklin authorities. The two began a join investigation to find Snow’s exact location.
Snow has been charged with four counts of robbery, four counts of abduction, nine counts of conspiracy, nine counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, malicious wounding and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
A second suspect, Teon Capel, was arrested March 5.
