JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Officials say one teen and four juveniles were charged for setting fire to a utility trailer in August.

According to Chief Robert Ryalls with James City County EMS, a construction utility trailer was set on fire Aug. 25 in the 4500 block of News Road.

The warrants were obtained Oct. 2 and police charged 19-year-old Darius Ratliff with one felony burning personal property and one misdemeanor of entering property of another for purpose of damaging it. Officials say five petitions were obtained against four juveniles in connection with the fire, four of which were for entering property with the intent of damaging it and two of which were for burning personal property.

The trailer, owned by Counter Production Inc., was destroyed by the fire.
