SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Suffolk police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man wanted for robbing a gas station late Sunday evening.
According to Debbie George with the City of Suffolk, police were called to the Harbor View Easy Pick in the 6500 block of Hampton Roads Parkway at approximately 11 p.m.
George says a suspect entered the business, asked a cashier to lie on the ground, took an undisclosed amount of money and fled.
George says the suspect is described as a man with medium skin color, 5'6"-5'7", 180-200 pounds, with a tattoo on his right forearm. His face was covered with pantyhose during the robbery.
