Sex offender wanted on new charges

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a registered sex offender living in Norfolk is wanted on sexual battery charges with three young girls.
According to Jan Clark with the Portsmouth Police Department, a Portsmouth family let 62-year-old Ronnie Foreman of the 700 block of Round Bay Road in Norfolk care for their three young girls on several occasions in February and March 2013.
The girls are aged 7, 8 and 12. Their parents were not aware of Foreman's past nor the fact that he is a sex offender.
Foreman is wanted on charges of aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties following an investigation led by SVU detectives and Child Protective Services.
