NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) - Newport News police have released surveillance video of a man leaving the scene of a dumpster fire at Newsome Park Elementary School in hopes of finding him.
The video (seen left) shows the man leaving the scene moments after the fires were set early Wednesday morning.
