Police: Son shot father during dispute

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A man is accused of shooting his father in Norfolk Wednesday.
Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department said the shooting occurred in the 900 block of Covenant Street around 12:45 p.m. during a dispute between two adult males.
The victim, the suspect’s father, was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Amos added.
The suspect is in custody at this time.
