PD: Woman kicks man with heel of boot

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a Suffolk woman kicked a man in the forehead, causing a deep cut across his forehead.
According to Diana Klink with the City of Suffolk, Sharonda D. Ricks was arrested for allegedly kicking a man with the heel portion of her boot during an argument Feb. 23.
Ricks was arrested on charges of felonious assault the next day and was in possession of the victim's cell phone. The victim's injuries were treated at Sentara Obici Hospital.
