PD: Man with weapon robs store in mall

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a man with a weapon robbed a clothing store at a Portsmouth strip mall Tuesday.
According to Jan Clark with the Portsmouth Police Department, the Family Fashion of New York store in the 3000 block of Twin Pines Road was robbed at approximately 2:30 p.m.
