NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a Pennsylvania fugitive was arrested during the Newport News Police Department's warrant operation Thursday.
Officials said 22-year-old Brian K. Preston of Pittsburg, Pa. was wanted on two counts of forgery, access device fraud and receiving stolen property.
Newport News police were contacted by the New Kensington Police Department in Pennsylvania and told Preston was staying in Newport News. Preston was located at a home in the 800 block of 27th Street.
