NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Police are asking for help in locating a man wanted for robbing a bank along Granby Street Friday afternoon.
Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department said the robbery occurred around 12:15 p.m. at the Old Point National Bank in the 800 block of Granby Street. An unknown black male entered the bank and demanded money before fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect implied he had a weapon.
The suspect has been described as standing about 5’11” with a skinny build. He was said to have dark skin and his teeth were noticeably crooked.
