NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Fire officials are searching for a man accused of setting fire at a Norfolk apartment complex Wednesday.
Capt. Mike Hicks with Norfolk Fire and Rescue said the fire was intentionally set in the 400 block of Warwick Avenue. As a result of the investigation, officials have secured warrants for 20-year-old Andre Lamar Jones.
Jones faces charges of arson to an occupied building and threaten to burn.
