VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Police need the public's help in identifying a man wanted for pointing a camera toward another man over a bathroom partition.

According to Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department, the victim reported that while he was using a bathroom at Tidewater Community College, 1700 College Crescent, Sept. 10 at approximately 2 p.m., he noticed a shadow on the floor and looked up.

He then said he saw a man propping a camera over the partition separating the bathroom's stalls.

Moyers says the suspect ran when he realized he was seen and the victim chased after him. The victim was able to catch up with suspect and confront him. The victim was also able to snap two photos of the suspect, which are attached to this story.

During this exchange, police say the suspect apologized to the victim.
