Man used counterfeit bills at Target

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect who used counterfeit bills at Virginia Beach Target stores last year.

According to Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department, the suspect used the fake bills at the Target store on Independence Boulevard and the Target store on First Colonial Road.
