Man stabbed close to NN theater

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a man approached officers close to the parking lot of the Regal Kiln Creek Cinema saying he was stabbed shortly before 10 p.m.
The man was taken to a hospital and police are waiting for him to be released to gather more information.
During the investigation, police contacted two people who were in the area between a drug store and the movie theater. Police say the two people may be suspects in the stabbing, and that the incident may have started as an argument between the victim and a man in another car.
