VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach Police are investigating a robbery at a pharmacy early Friday morning.

Around 6:15 a.m., an unknown black male suspect walked into the CVS Pharmacy in the 1600 block of Laskin Road and demanded money from an employee, Jimmy Barnes with the Virginia Beach Police Department said. The suspect fled out the front door.

He’s descried as being in his 40s wearing a red and black zip up hooded sweatshirt at the time of the robbery. He was also said to have a goatee.

Barnes said no weapon was displayed and no one was injured.
