Man robbed in Walgreens bathroom

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a man was assaulted and robbed by two men at a Walgreens bathroom in Chesapeake for owing the two men money.
According to Kelly O'Sullivan with the Chesapeake Police Department, the attack was reported shortly before 8 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 1300 block of North Battlefield Boulevard.
The victim was allegedly approached in the bathroom by two men he said he had met the day before. The two men beat the victim and stole his money, allegedly because the victim owed them.
O'Sullivan says the victim refused medical treatment and the incident is under investigation.
