Man exposes self in grocery store

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A 21-year-old man has been arrested Sept. 15 for exposing himself at a Suffolk grocery store.
According to Diana Klink with the City of Suffolk, a woman shopping at a grocery store on Holland Road noticed a man standing close by, staring at her and exposing himself.
Klink says the victim was able to obtain the man's license plate and provided it to police.
After police reviewed the store's surveillance video, they arrested Steve Arrington Skinner on one charge of indecent exposure.
