Man charged with sex crimes
Police: May have had other victims

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - A 31-year-old Chesapeake man has been arrested for sex crimes against a minor. Chesapeake police detectives arrested Joseph Lee Simpson of the 2700 block of Ike Street Monday.
Simpson has been charged with eight counts of unlawful filming, two counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of indecent liberties with a child. He's being held without bond in the Chesapeake City Jail.
Police believe Simpson may have had other victims.
