HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton Police have arrested a man accused of fire multiple shots along a Hampton street Monday afternoon.

Sgt. Jason Price with the Hampton Police Division said officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Woodmansee Drive in reference to shots fired. Witnesses provided officers with a description of the suspect’s vehicle.

The 1993 Toytoa Camry was spotted near the intersection of Buckroe Avenue and Old Buckroe Road and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver, Tyrell Jordan, 21, of Hampton, was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm.

No one was injured in the incident and nothing was struck, Price said.
