VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a 25-year-old man is out on bond after being arrested for unlawful filming inside of a TCC bathroom.
Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department says Randy Tyrone Cade was arrested Nov. 12 for holding a camera over a bathroom stall partition at Tidewater Community College Sept. 10.
Moyers says the victim was inside of the bathroom at 1700 College Crescent when he looked up and noticed the camera being held over the stall. When the victim confronted the suspect outside following a short foot chase, the suspect apologized for his actions.
In the meantime, the victim was able to snap a cell phone picture of the suspect, which police say helped them identify Cade and make the arrest.
Cade has been released on bond and the case remains under investigation.
