Man arrested for indecent liberties

DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) - A 51-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly taking indecent liberties with two juvenile victims.

According to Chief Deputy Steve Hoggard with the Dare County Sheriff's Office, Charles Richard Brewer, II of Roanoke Island, N.C. was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with 12 counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.

Hoggard says the Sheriff's Office received a report July 10, 2012 of indecent liberties with two juvenile victims. Following an investigation, a grand jury indicted Brewer Sept. 10. Brewer is currently incarcerated under a $90,000 bond.
