Local youth pastor arrested

YORK COUNTY, Va. - A church youth pastor is charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.
York County investigators arrested 40-year-old Jack Ryan Duffer on August 13.
Duffer is a youth pastor at a church in the Seaford area of York County.
The Sheriff's Office says the alleged incident occurred between July 24, 2009 and August 8, 2009 and involved a consensual sexual encounter with a female juvenile at a York County home.
Duffer is charged with Taking Indecent Liberties with a Minor Child and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
