CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - On Friday, Chesapeake police, along with Special Agents from the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement Agents (ICE) executed a search warrant at 3732 South Military Highway, Cavalier Mobile Home park for the illegal sales of alcoholic beverages.

A tip led police to the home where they seized 25 cases of beer, cigarettes, over $600 cash, marijuana and fraudulent ID cards.

Police arrested and charged the occupants of the home, 42-year-old Trinidad Gomez-Diaz and 40-year-old Jorge Sanchez-Guzman.

Both have been charged with possession of cigarettes with intent to distribute or sell, possession of false identity, selling alcohol without a license and maintain a common nuisance.

Sanchez-Guzman is also charged with possession with intent to distribute-marijuana.
