NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk dispatch reports a gunshot victim has been found in the Tidewater Gardens neighborhood of Norfolk Friday evening.

The man was found near the intersection of Tidewater Drive and Holt Street suffering from a shoulder gunshot wound.
