Employee robbed in store parking lot

Chesapeake Police are searching for two men who robbed a dollar store employee late Monday night.

Kelly O’Sullivan with the Chesapeake Police Department told WAVY.com the robbery occurred in the parking lot of the Dollar Tree located in the 3100 block of Western Branch Boulevard around 10:30 p.m.

Employees were exiting the store after closing when one of them was approached by two unknown black males wearing all black and masks. Both suspects had guns and took off with the victim’s bag.

One suspect has been described as standing 5’5” and weighing 160 pounds while the other was 5’10” weighing 160 pounds.
