CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Chesapeake police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating an individual who may have information about a Chesapeake man's death.

Kelly O’Sullivan with the Chesapeake Police Department said 24-year-old Brandon Peller was taken to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center around 11:50 a.m.  Sept. 16 where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Peller suffered a gunshot wound to the neck.

O'Sullivan said the person who brought Peller in to the hospital said he found Peller in an unknown location already shot.

Thursday, police released a picture of a man they would like to speak to regarding this case (see attached).
