CAMDEN COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) - Two known Elizabeth City Blood gang members are wanted in connection with an armed robbery in the city.
The Camden County Sheriff's Office responded to the call in the 100 block of Woodland Way in Camden Crossing at 10:22 p.m. Sunday. The male victim said three men entered his home and one of them hit him in the head with a handgun. The suspects ransacked the home and took off with cash, jewelry and computers worth an estimated $19,000.
Investigators arrested Tyche Blackwell Tuesday for conspiracy to commit armed robbery. He received a $25,000 bond.
Warrants are on file for Demetrius Bowser of 138 Sutton Drive and Jonathan Peek of 108 Queen Street on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and first degree burglary. Bowser and Peek are known Blood gang members, according to the Sheriff's Office.
