HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a third arrest has been made in a 2011 Wal-Mart parking lot shooting that left one Hampton man wounded.

According to Mary Shackelford with the Hampton Police Division, 31-year-old Ryan Christopher Fultz of Newport News was arrested Sunday in connection with a Dec. 27, 2011 shooting at a Wal-Mart located on Cunningham Drive in Hampton.

A 28-year-old Hampton man was shot multiple times.

Fultz was charged with maiming, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, revocation of a suspended sentence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A warrant for his arrest was issued in January.

Two other men were arrested just a day after the incident for their role in the shooting.

David Lamar Andrews and Randell Lamont Woods were located Dec. 28 during a tactical situation at a hotel in the 1800 block of West Mercury Boulevard.
