WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) - Police say three people were arrested after assaulting a man who they thought was treating his dog poorly.
According to Greg Riley with the Williamsburg Police Department, officers responded to the 900 block of Capitol Landing Road for a fight March 12 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Three suspects were assaulting a man they said was not treating his dog very well. The victim was not seriously injured.
Mari McDonough, Billie Tilghman and Julie West were all arrested on charged of robbery, conspiracy, larceny of livestock and assault by mob.
