Beach man sentenced for molestation

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va (WAVY) - A Virginia Beach man will spend five years in jail for sex crimes against a child.
A jury found 51-year-old Robert A. Swanson guilty of custodial indecent liberties and aggragated sexual battery against a child.
Swanson's formal sentencing will be in January.
Investigators said Swanson's victim was a child under the age of 13.
