Afr'Am looking for performers

NORFOLK, Va - A long-running festival in Hampton Roads is looking for performers.

Afr'Am Festival 2009 is seeking artists to showcase their talent.

This year's festival will take place Labor Day weekend, September 4th, 5th & 6th, 2009 at Town Point Park in downtown Norfolk.
In year's past, Afr'Am traditionally took place Memorial Day weekend.

This year, artists will be judged in a showcase and applicants have a chance at winning cash awards.

Deadline for the Application is July 2, 2009.
Applications can be picked up at the Southeastern Virginia Arts Association Office located at:
420 North Interstate Corporate Center, Bldg 11 Suite 263
